Waterfest Registration

VENDOR INFORMATION

ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A FOOD PERMIT FROM THE CLAY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

*Specialty Food no more than 2 food items.

ELECTRICITY DETAILS

Electricity is limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed. You will be notified if we run out of electric.

Access to electricity could be up to 300 feet away from your booth. Please bring adequate length of heavy duty 3-pronged extension cords!

Our 20-amp electric capacity can power smaller devices like fans, lights and laptops. Small appliances like mini-refrigerators or air conditioners will trip the circuit and will not be allowed to connect. A very limited supply of 220 hook-ups are available for larger electrical needs. Please call for availability, 816-630-6161.

ITEMS/SERVICES TO BE SOLD DURING WATERFEST

A detailed description of all products or services to be sold must be provided. Any items left off this list may not be sold without the approval of the Waterfest Committee Chairpersons. This is done to ensure we do not have too many vendors selling the same product and to help you have a successful experience.

Note: The following items are NOT acceptable for sale at Waterfest: Laser pointers, Super String (or any similar product), stink bombs, smoke bombs, plastic poppers, rubber band guns, pipe guns (or any similar product), etc. Marshmallow guns are permitted to be sold but you may NOT sell marshmallows.

If you are a non-profit, please attach a copy of your 501(c)(3) status.

SPECIAL NEEDS REQUEST

If you or anyone in your party will be in need of any special attention due to disability or health concerns, please indicate those needs below so the Waterfest Committee can make the proper accommodations. Please mark the appropriate box. The Waterfest Committee will not be able to assist with special needs not indicated below.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Booths MUST be paid in advance before allowed into the festival area for set-up. Please read the Waterfest Rules and Regulations before signing below.

I agree to adhere to the specifications set forth in this agreement and acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Waterfest Rules and Regulations as stated in this application. This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") and:
