2024 Chamber Board Candidates
The Nominating Committee is presenting to the Chamber membership its selection of candidates for the Board of Directors. These directors will take seats in April and serve a term of three years.
Bylaws Update
On November 21, 2022, the Chamber Board revised its Bylaws. These revisions included dropping the total number of board members from 15 to 12. There will now be elections of four candidates per year, not five, each holding a three-year-term.

Nominations Open
Nominations are still open for board candidates. If you would like to submit your name as a board candidate, you have until Friday, February 2, 2024 to contact the Chamber office.
Candidates for the board must be active members in good standing with the Chamber and must have agreed to accept the responsibility of directorship.
To file for Board candidacy, submit your petition request along with supporting signatures of at least five (5) qualified members of the Chamber. Petitions must arrive at the Chamber office by 4 p.m. Friday, February 10 to be considered.

Next Steps
If no other candidate nominations are received by February 2, the Chamber Board will automatically accept the four candidates listed above, their terms beginning in April.
If there are more than four candidates, an election ballot will be created and mailed to current Chamber members for a vote. Instructions for voting and a deadline for returning the ballots will be included in the letter. The Nominations Committee will tally votes and the winners will be announced in March. The elected directors will begin their terms in April.
