Comprehensive plan progress The City of Excelsior Springs and RDG Planning & Design are holding a Downtown Design Workshop as part of the Excelsior Springs Comprehensive Plan. Two workshops are scheduled for April 14 at The Elms Resort Regent Ballroom, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. A public presentation will be held April 15, 5 p.m. at the same location.
